I kind of figured it was'nt a little town in Iowa. I need to catch up on my German. I just wanted to know if anyone knew where the guy was shipping from.

Sorry gang, a bit behind here, been stuck at work the past 2 days. Anyways, when I reported him this is the message I got back from ebay:

But, maybe if others do the same his license will be revoked and it's one less venue for him to profit from Social D. Just a thought.

Okay, just checked with eBay...one person can place a complaint for 10 items. The seller will be forced to suspend activity and will incur the winning charge fee for each item he sold. So technically, we could completely screw this guy, and make him repay everything he ever got for these items. It can be done, but still, I'd feel pretty bad doing that to anyone...he just needs to give it up.

But apparently this guy is not from Germany...he's only selling his stuff on the American eBay site and not here in Germany.

He also has a bootleg that is Social D live in Germany in 1984. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't recall them playing Europe back then...

There has been a bootleg supposedly from Germany 1984 floating around for a few years now.

It has also surfaced as a supposed limited promo signed by Mike called "vintage collection" or "intoxicated". That one is from Fenders Ballroom, Long Beach, CA.

They are both the same show, quality is ok but it does have two second gaps between songs which is off putting. I would reckon Fenders is the more likely venue, from the between song talk and the fact they only came to Europe for the very first time in 1992.
